Dawsons Landing General Store

Serving boaters and fishermen for the past 56 years, this store and fueling facility is located on the west shore of Rivers Inlet, opposite the northeast end of Walbran Island. Secure moorage, with fresh water on floats that rim the front of the buildings. Gas and diesel available. New showers and laundry facilities have been added. The well stocked store carries a large selection of canned and frozen goods, fresh vegetables and dairy products, liquor, gifts, souvenirs, chandlery items, block & cube ice, and is the

site of the post office. Bait, tackle, and fishing licenses are sold and internet service is available. Accommodations are available with reservations advised. Located in the heart of the fabulous fishing grounds of Rivers Inlet, Dawsons is headquarters for the sports fisherman, as well as commercial and pleasure craft. Daily scheduled float plane service links with several communities along the coast, both large and small. Proprietors Nola and Robert Bachen. Lots of humpbacks have been spotted on the Rivers Inlet the past couple of years so come see us in 2010.
